But I must say all though I love the whole experience. This part sticks out the most…. no matter who picked up that phone they were knowledgeable and in sync !! And able to pick up where ever notes were last left off like in the your case manager is out of the office or on vacation there was no waiting or run around everybody there rolls up there sleeves and gets busy so much so although I was introduced to Cordarius as my case manager Tyrik has equally assisted me as well I would not have know that there was a difference the team work here is top tier and very accountable. They’re always so busy & never have time to call you, it’s always the other employees, BUT NOT BOB!!!
